DOMESTIC ANIMALS ARE THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN BRED AND ADAPTED BY HUMAN BEINGS TO LIVE WITH THEM. THEY DIFFER FROM WILD ANIMALS BECAUSE THEY DEPEND ON HUMANS FOR THEIR FOOD, HEALTH, AND PROTECTION.


COMMON EXAMPLES:

DOG: (Loyal, protector, good companion)

CAT:(Independent, clean, loving)

FISH: (Requires aquarium, low maintenance)

HAMSTER: (Small, ideal for children, lives in a cage)


BENEFITS OF HAVING A PET:

* Improves mental health.

*They increase happiness and reduce stress.

*They help to socialize and combat loneliness.


Basic care:

* Proper nutriticion.
* Hygiene and bath.
* Vaccines and visits to the veterinarian.
* Exercise and play
* clean and safe space to live

In many countries, there are laws to protect domestic animals. These include:


1. prohibition of animal cruelty.
2. Regulations for adoption and sale.
3.obligation to provide medical care and food.

Responsibility:

Having a pet is a long-term commitment. It is not a toy. It requires:

Time
Money
Patience
Love

  2. This article is well-structured; however, it needs more depth on the topic and, if possible, a bit more creativity. Animal abuse would have been a good point to include.
